Front desk rep service was very good
This this facility has always been one of our favorite however greatly disappointed.this trip. Tv would not.work, staff said she couldn't do anything about it. Beds were horrible, pillows very hard, bedding old and very thin, no ammenaties whatsoever, not even blow dryer. Very disappointed!!
It was cheap. Close to major highway and airport
water pressure a bit weak but that seems to be the standard in Portland based on the few places I have stayed
The room was okay, the staff and check in/out was easy. The room was clean and the wi-fi worked very well.
It was very noisy, with hotel residents constantly hanging out and talking loudly in front of our door. The remote control was missing and the front desk could not provide another one.
The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and quiet, the location was a short walk from transit, the price was good for the value received.
More tv channel options....direct tv was installed but not available. The advertised breakfast was negligible.
This motel was easy to find and close to our family where we were visiting.
This was our worst motel experience ever. We asked for a non-smoking room and were given one but a previous person had been smoking in there. It was freadful and motel staff only offered to spray the room. We are sensitive to smells and declined the spray -- had no idea what it was. The sheets had old blood stains and the TV did not work. The bad smell was the worst aspect and the staff offered us nothing -- no other rooms available in any other nearby motel so we were stuck there and it was a very bad experience. I asked for a refund of our money and was told, "NO!" The whole place felt unsafe and there was no 2nd door lock.
Staff were friendly and helpful
The continental breakfast was not available on at least one morning during our stay. It would have been nice to have healthier options at the continental breakfast. Our room was clean but had a stale smell as if it might have been a smoking room in the past.
Actually received all cable stations!
People slamming doors!
Staff other than the general manager were nice and helpful.
When I called from the airport the General Manager was not helpful in giving directions to the hotel. When we arrived at 2 pm the general manager was on duty at the desk and refused to check us in until 3 pm. We sat in the lobby for an hour with a two year old baby. As soon as the shift changed another employee checked us in. Also it stated breakfast was included but it was only a continental breakfast.
You call that a breakfast? I had to almost fight somebody to get the last packaged cinnamon roll and that is all they had.
It was good value, the rooms were a good size
Very hard to watch TV from the bed. No hair dryer in the bathroom. I was traveling with my elderly parents, and they had a terrible time trying to figure out the TV. Continental breakfast was a joke.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the Inn was easy to get to because it is close to the freeway and we had no real problems or complaints.
You get what you pay for, so I don't have anything I disliked.
Close to the city centre train.
The "breakfast" was only plastic wrapped pastries, so not something you eat for breakfast! Still expensive for thr kind of place.
the tv worked. the towels were thick and soft.
the rooms had not be properly cleaned. there were cigarette butts on the floor and cigarette burns in the comforters in our non-smoking room. there was blood splatter on the walls and dead bugs on the floor. there was a living in the room next to ours (they said they had been staying there for a month), the parents sat on the stairs in front of our room all day drinking, smoking and yelling at their kids. the management was unhelpful, rude, confrontational, condescending and unapologetic.
I liked that it was a clean inexpensive room. I love where it is. Right by everything.
